Candlewood Suites Kenosha - Pleasant Prairie by IHG

So many things I love about this Candlewood location! SUPER friendly and helpful front desk staff! I love the fact they took the time to decorate the lobby area in festive decorations for Black History Month. Very cool! The hotel is extremely CLEAN, well put together and has modern decorations. Overall, this hotel deserves 5 STARS!!!

Check in was efficient. Room was wonderful and had everything we needed. We received a text from the front desk shortly after we were in our room, ensuring our stay was satisfactory. The bed was comfortable. Lots of extra pillows. Hotel is located within a short drive to many restaurants.

Listen, this place is absolutely amazing! My partner and I just needed a weekend away where we didn't have to worry about anything and just spend time together. This hotel was the PERFECT spot!! From checking in with an amazing staff who was so knowledgeable about the amenities and the hotel itself, as well as doing her job with a smile i loved to see it!! The room was spacious and very clean and I loved it. Granted I did take off the sheets and put my own on the bed strictly because I have super sensitive skin, I explained that to the staff and omg they went above and beyond!!! Making sure if they had to take the sheets off for me or not. (I had my partner do it for me) but the fact that they offered was so amazing and lovely!!! The kitchenette in the room was absolutely amazing, just enough space with the two burners, the coffee maker, it even had all the utensils and pots and pans! Along with the cups, plates, bowls, literally anything you could probably need! This hotel not only made my stay better but with it being stress free with everything included it made me finally be able to just relax and let us spend quality time together!! Thank you so much Candlewood and I will DEFINITELY be booking again in the future for a longer stay!! Maybe a werk or two in summer or something. Keep up the amazing work!! P.S. THEY HAVE BOARD GAMES AND OTHER KITCHEN APPLIANCES TO RENT!!! HOW COOL IS THAT?!?!

Truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very central to what we were in town for. The hotel was clean and very well kept. We had a couple minor hiccups with things in our room but the staff was very courteous and immediately remedied the situations. The manager and staff were very friendly and took the opportunities to make our stay feel like we were the only guests, with their personal attention to us and why we were in town. Courtney was absolutely wonderful and we looked for her every time we came downstairs.

Rooms were beautiful and for a decent price had everything you needed in the room, was also in a great area. The workers were polite and made sure our stay was comfortable. I love the IHG hotels they will always be my #1 recommendations.

Really clean and nice hotel. I got a good deal with some points so I sprung for the king size bed and it was really comfy. My dog also enjoyed all the space in the room. Front desk was very friendly and made small talk while I checked in. The woman at the front, I think her name is Madison, was very nice and even gave my dog a nice little welcome basket with a ball and some other small things. I will definitely be staying here again, maybe next time for more than just 1 night!

The room was a little plain and outdated for what I'm used to but we made the best of it. There was no ice machine , but had one in the freezer. It took a while for it to make ice but I wasn't to bothered by it. The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect for where we needed to go. All in all the hotel was alright and we would stay again.

What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable place to stay.
